HealthTech
Healthcare technology built by a team that understands clinical workflows, regulatory compliance, and the difference between a demo and a production system.
Healthcare Technology That Works in the Real World
We've been building software for the healthcare sector for over a decade. Not theoretical platforms designed by people who've never set foot in a clinical setting — production systems used daily by NHS pharmacists, health assessors, care managers, and therapists.
Healthcare technology has unique demands. Regulatory compliance isn't optional. Audit trails must be immutable. Data protection goes beyond GDPR into sector-specific requirements like the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit. And the users — clinicians, care workers, administrators — are busy people who need software that works first time, every time, without a training manual.
That's the standard we build to.
What We've Built
Real healthcare systems in production — not demos or proof-of-concepts.
Harmony
Multi-role referral and assessment platform for health and social care regulation. DoLS assessments, dynamic forms, geospatial assessor matching, real-time WebSocket notifications, and "Ask HRMNY" — a self-hosted AI assistant trained on statutory care legislation that provides field-level quality assurance without sensitive data leaving the infrastructure.
Signa (EPS)
Legally compliant NHS electronic prescription system. Controlled drug register, mandatory 2FA, pharmacy dispensing queues, and comprehensive audit logging.
Boost My Mood
Online therapy matching platform. Therapist-client matching by specialism, Stripe subscriptions, digital contract signing, and secure session notes.
Salvere — Home Care Package
A comprehensive home care management system built for Salvere Support. Features electronic medication administration records (eMAR), care plan management, visit scheduling, and real-time reporting for domiciliary care providers.
Healthcare-Specific Capabilities
Every system we build for healthcare includes these as standard — not optional extras.
Compliance & Audit
Immutable audit logging with full before-and-after snapshots. Tamper-evident, timestamped, and ready for regulatory inspection at any moment.
Role-Based Access
Permission structures that mirror clinical governance hierarchies precisely. Prescribers, pharmacists, administrators — each with scoped authority.
Data Protection
Encryption at rest and in transit, UK data residency, privacy-by-design architecture. Built with the assumption every system will be audited.
Integration
NHS Spine connectivity, GP practice systems, local authority databases, and third-party clinical tools. APIs that speak the language of healthcare IT.
Accessibility
WCAG 2.1 AA as a minimum. Tested with real assistive technologies, not just automated checkers. Healthcare software must be usable by everyone.
Progressive Web Apps
Installable on any device, offline-capable, auto-updating. Reliable access for community workers, pharmacists, and administrators without native app overhead.
Self-Hosted AI
Domain-specific AI models running on dedicated infrastructure. Trained on your data, deployed in your environment. Sensitive clinical information never leaves your control — no third-party API calls for regulated data processing.
Our Approach
We don't sell a "healthcare platform" off the shelf. Every healthcare project we take on is built to the specific requirements of the organisation, the regulatory framework they operate within, and the clinical workflows their staff actually follow. We spend time with the people who'll use the system — shadowing clinicians, sitting with administrators, understanding the real workflow rather than the documented one.
That said, we don't start from scratch every time. Our experience across multiple healthcare projects means we have proven patterns for common requirements: audit logging, role-based access, document management, clinical form builders, reporting dashboards, and integration layers. These patterns accelerate delivery without compromising the bespoke nature of the solution.
Who We Work With
Our healthcare clients include NHS trusts, local authority social care departments, private healthcare providers, and health-tech startups. We work across primary care, secondary care, community health, social care, and mental health — anywhere that technology can improve outcomes for patients and reduce the administrative burden on clinical staff.
If you're exploring a healthcare technology project and want to talk to a team that's built production systems in this space — not just demos — get in touch. We're happy to share what we've learned, including the things that didn't work first time.
