Henry founded Exe Squared in 2010 and has been leading the company's technical and commercial direction ever since. With over 15 years in software development, he combines deep technical knowledge with genuine business acumen — he's as comfortable discussing database architecture as he is negotiating contracts. Henry also serves as CTO of Ad-MOTO, overseeing the technology behind their digital out-of-home advertising platform. He's a regular speaker on AI integration and business technology, and has a habit of visiting Shenzhen to stay sharp on what's happening at the cutting edge of global tech.

Co-Director & Technical Lead
Martin is the other half of Exe Squared's leadership team. A seasoned full-stack developer with particular depth in Laravel, PostgreSQL, and modern frontend frameworks, Martin leads the technical delivery on our most complex projects. He's the person who turns ambitious specifications into robust, maintainable code — and who makes sure the rest of the development team does the same. Methodical, detail-oriented, and quietly brilliant at solving problems that other developers avoid.
